Delivery Options for Mainland UK
Delivery times: We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 noon the same day (Monday-Friday only), however during busy periods this may not be possible. We do pack orders in the order we receive them so even during busy periods your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours unless you have chosen the Royal Mail Tracked 24 which will be dispatched the same day if placed before 12:00 noon.

Dispatch confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Redelivery: If you are not in to have your parcel delivered, it is your responsibility to arrange a safe place through the delivery
providers available options or collect it from your designated sorting office or parcel pick up shop. Should your parcel be returned to us due to not
being collected, there will be a delivery charge for us to resend it out to you or you can choose to have your parcel refunded, minus the delivery charge incurred by us. Please ensure your address is filled in correctly at checkout as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.
Delivery problems: If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible on contact@ruffpet.co.uk so we can resolve the
issue. We aim to respond to any delivery problems the same working day as they are received.
